Tristian maintains a general litigation practice with a particular focus on labour and employment, insurance, alternative dispute resolution, immigration and administrative law.
Some of Tristian’s representative experience includes:
- Acting in personal injury files including assessing liability and/or damages, drafting pleadings, motions and briefs, and attending mediations and discoveries.
- Acting in labour and employment matters for various clients including in relation to collective bargaining , wrongful dismissal and human rights complaint.
- Acting in medical malpractice cases including reviewing medical documentation, assessing liability and/or damages, drafting reports to client and attending discoveries.
- Acting in professional misconduct complaints including reviewing the file, drafting the response, and assessing liability and sanctions.
- Assisting with refugee claims including reviewing National Documentation Packages, drafting arguments, and attending hearings.
- Acting in matters for a wide range of clients including private businesses, provincial government, commissions, crown corporations, universities, cooperatives, nonprofit organization and individuals.
