Iona brings more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources at Stewart McKelvey to her role as Director of Paralegals. Over the years, Iona has enjoyed working with new and experienced legal professionals and staff across all six of our Atlantic Canadian offices in a variety of programs, from onboarding to professional development. Iona has assisted with developing and implementing many of the Firm’s policies and best practices related to human resources management. Thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, Iona’s passion for helping people and experience in employee relations, client service, recruitment, process improvement and diversity and inclusion will assist Paralegals in realizing their full potential.
