Wanda is the Manager of Business Paralegals for the Halifax and St. John’s offices of Stewart McKelvey. She is responsible for training and development of corporate paralegals, coordination of workflow, continuous process improvement, and client development initiatives. Wanda’s main focus is corporate formations, reorganizations, maintenance, extra-provincial registrations, and related corporate matters. With over 15 years of paralegal experience, Wanda brings a wealth of experience to her role.
