With more than 25 years of experience with the Firm in paralegal management, Dawn has led countless process improvement initiatives and supported practice re-engineering efforts in a broad range of practice areas.  Now as a Practice Innovation Lawyer, Dawn focuses on continuous process improvement full time, including both client support applications and internal Firm process optimization.  She works closely with the Practice Innovation Team and Firm Management to provide project management guidance and prioritized solutions.
