  • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of corporate and commercial agreements including asset and share purchase agreements, financing and security documents, lease agreements, franchise agreements, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements, IP licensing and co-existence agreements, cross-border data sharing agreements, and supply and distribution agreements.
  • Advising start-ups and mature businesses on developing multi-layered intellectual property strategies.
