Lauren’s focus is on corporate and commercial law, particularly within the areas of mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, corporate formation and reorganization, intellectual property, media, entertainment and advertising, and privacy. Lauren’s experience to date has included assisting in the representation of clients across a broad range of industries, on matters such as equity financings including seed, angel and venture capital raises, asset and share purchases, privacy and defamation matters, and various other intellectual property licensing and technology-related transactions.
