Outlook for 2025 proxy season

With proxy season on the horizon, many public companies are once again preparing their annual disclosure documents and shareholder materials for their annual general meetings. In preparing for the 2025 proxy season, clients should be aware of some of the regulatory developments and institutional investor guidance that are likely to impact disclosure to, and interactions with, shareholders this year.
