Beyond the border: Immigration update – September 2020

We are pleased to present the third installment of Beyond the border, a publication aimed at providing the latest information to clients about new programs and other immigration-related information that may be pertinent to employers of foreign workers in Canada.

Additionally, our immigration group has prepared a COVID-19 Immigration Guide that covers travel restrictions and exemptions, the ability of foreign workers to enter Canada during the pandemic, quarantine requirements, and related topics to assist employers. This can be found here.
