Deborah’s experience includes:
Regularly advising corporations on restructuring, organization and corporate governance matters;
Routinely acting for purchasers and vendors on commercial acquisitions and mergers. Specifically, assisting with the due diligence process, and reviewing and drafting various corporate and commercial law documents, including share purchase and sale agreements, and unanimous shareholders’ agreements;
Acting for purchasers and vendors on commercial and residential real property transactions;
Acting for lender clients on financings of commercial real property and enterprises;
Supporting the review and drafting of contracts including service contracts, construction agreements, and SaaS agreements; and
Providing support on mining matters including, but not limited to, financings, sales and purchases, and title opinions.
