Steve has extensive experience acting as counsel to major Canadian banks and alternative lenders on financing matters and he currently acts as counsel for the Business Development Bank of Canada in Newfoundland and Labrador. Steve is familiar with the unique circumstances of federal Crown corporations and the process and flow of financing matters in this space. Steve has acted for a major Canadian bank on deals of all sizes and worked with many clients operating in the agriculture and agri-food sectors on financing and transactional matters.
