Thomas’s practice is focused on helping clients achieve their corporate and commercial goals. His areas of specialization include commercial real estate transactions, real property matters, commercial leasing, and energy law. He has experience advising clients on the acquisition, sale, and development of commercial properties, as well as negotiating and drafting complex commercial lease agreements. Thomas also assists clients with land use and title matters, and has supported energy-sector clients with regulatory compliance, project development, and transactions involving infrastructure and natural resources.
