Chris has significant experience in many areas of corporate and commercial law. He works with business owners, professionals and high net worth individuals on corporate organization and governance, business succession, and estate and trust planning. Chris also works with corporate management, in-house counsel and other law firms on transactions, securities and investment issues, and real estate issues. Chris also has experience with the organization and governance of charities and not-for-profits. He has helped clients with matters such as:
