Josie acts as lead counsel in complex matters before all levels of trial and appellate courts, and is also a seasoned negotiator with significant experience achieving client objectives through interest-based and relational negotiations. • providing representation in litigation raising complex and novel legal issues, including in relation to Charter rights and other constitutional matters;

• providing strategic advice and representation to clients in relation to business disputes, including commercial arbitrations and mediations, contract disputes, corporate and shareholder disputes, and bankruptcy and insolvency litigation;
