Megan is an associate in our St. John’s office. She maintains a broad litigation practice with a focus on municipal law, health law, commercial litigation, and insurance defence.

Megan has experience supporting municipalities, health authorities, insurers, and other clients across a range of litigation matters. With a background in health law, science and the humanities, she takes a practical and organized approach to her work, with a focus on understanding each client’s objectives and providing clear, actionable advice.

A bilingual lawyer, Megan values responsive communication and thoughtful client service. She is committed to helping clients navigate complex legal issues with confidence by identifying key issues early, remaining attentive to detail, and providing practical guidance throughout the litigation process.

Some of Megans’ representative experience includes:

• Assisted municipalities, health authorities, and insurers with legal research, liability assessments, and damages analyses.
• Supported personal injury and contract dispute matters at various stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings and motion materials, preparing for discoveries, and participating in settlement discussions.
• Managed and reviewed large volumes of documentary evidence in support of active litigation matters, preparing clear, strategically focused summaries to support legal teams and clients.
