Legal issues are too often time-consuming and draining for the people facing them. Recognizing this, David works hard at every stage to achieve the right solution for clients. David works with a variety of clients and colleagues to find these solutions, in matters including:
- Acting for marine insurers and P&I clubs;
- Assisting clients with fisheries, environmental and other regulatory charges;
- Acting for insurers in property damage and personal injury matters;
- Acting for municipalities in various disputes;
- Advising and assisting clients in privacy matters; and
- Assisting individuals with Wills and Estates.
