Legal issues are too often time-consuming and draining for the people facing them. Recognizing this, David works hard at every stage to achieve the right solution for clients. David works with a variety of clients and colleagues to find these solutions, in matters including:

  • Acting for marine insurers and P&I clubs;
  • Assisting clients with fisheries, environmental and other regulatory charges;
  • Acting for insurers in property damage and personal injury matters;
  • Acting for municipalities in various disputes;
  • Advising and assisting clients in privacy matters; and
  • Assisting individuals with Wills and Estates.
