As Director, Commercial Operations, Meghan leads with a focus on advancing the Firm’s growth and market presence, overseeing the marketing & communications, business development and events & sponsorships portfolios, ensuring alignment with the Firm’s Strategic Plan.
With 20 years of progressive experience across multiple sectors, including work regionally and internationally, Meghan has worked in communications, marketing and project management with a focus on understanding and developing strategic goals, and helping build the best partnerships to see them through. She has volunteered on several boards focused on development for young professionals, community health boards, and gender equity work, including serving as Chair of the Board of Directors, YWCA Halifax. She currently serves as a Vice-Chair of YWCA Canada’s Board of Directors.
