Ibrahim is a strategic and creative thinker who takes pride in his work, and enjoys working with clients to devise tactful and effective solutions to challenging and complex litigation matters. Ibrahim takes his responsibility to his clients seriously and sees it as an honour to represent them. Ibrahim’s practice is broad and varied, and includes:

  • Advice and representation of corporate-commercial clients, financial institutions, insurers, developers, manufacturers and business of all sizes in varied and complex matters in the areas of tort and contractual liability, including commercial, construction, administrative, professional liability and insurance law.
  • Involvement the litigation of large-scale, multi-million dollar corporate-commercial and business disputes;
  • Assisting some of the world’s largest multinational oil and gas corporations on regulatory matters, including the obtaining of approvals and work authorizations in connection with the decommissioning of offshore oil and gas production facilities;
  • Appearing and arguing on a diverse range of litigation matters before the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal, the Nova Scotia Provincial Court and the Nova Scotia Small Claims Court.
