  • Post-Investigation Support – Helping Parties Move Forward

After an investigation concludes, we provide structured support to help organizations take clear, confident next steps. This includes guidance on implementing recommendations, communicating outcomes appropriately, addressing cultural or procedural gaps, and ensuring any corrective actions align with policy and legal standards. We also offer mediation between involved parties when appropriate, helping restore working relationships and rebuild trust. Our goal is to support leaders through follow‑up monitoring and create the stability needed for the workplace to move forward.

    • When Stories Conflict: Credibility Assessment for HR Investigators
      Tue, Mar 31, 2026 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM ADT

This session is a specialized, advanced workshop focused exclusively on credibility assessments in workplace investigations. It is designed for HR professionals who regularly conduct complex investigations, including matters involving multiple complainants, respondents, or witnesses, where credibility is central and evidence may be limited or conflicting. By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
      • Apply a structured, evidence based approach to credibility assessments to reach clear, defensible findings when accounts conflict or corroborating evidence is limited.
      • Distinguish credibility from reliability and evaluate interview evidence using appropriate factors rather than subjective impressions.
      • Assess credibility through a trauma informed lens, recognizing how stress, trauma, neurodiversity, and individual differences may affect how information is presented.
This seminar has been accredited by CPHR New Brunswick for 1.5 CPD hours.
