Harper’s practice covers a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing, insolvency and restructuring, and corporate governance. He has experience in assisting vendors and purchasers with share acquisition transactions, lenders and borrowers with secured debt financing arrangements, and creditors, monitors, and trustees with bankruptcy and proposal proceedings as well as CCAA restructuring.

Harper also works with clients on general corporate matters and has experience supporting large private corporations, reporting issuers, and public bodies with corporate governance issues and their disclosure obligations. He brings a proactive and solutions-oriented approach and is dedicated to understanding the individual needs and objectives of each client.
