Twila Reid & Stephen Penney speaking at 2015 Case Law Review

St. John’s partners Twila Reid and Stephen Penney will be presenting at the Newfoundland and Labrador Employers’ Council 2015 Case Law Review, Thursday, May 28.

During this event, Twila will review events of the past year and how they may affect your workplace sexual harassment policy, as well as best practices for addressing sexual harassment in the workplace.

Stephen will present, Labour Relations in NL’s Offshore Industry, where he will discuss the recent legal developments addressing the oil and gas industry and outline the unique labour relations regime found in offshore Newfoundland and Labrador.
