Sacha Morisset, Moncton Partner, appointed King’s Counsel
Sacha Morisset, Partner in our Moncton office, has been appointed to the King’s Counsel. The announcement was made last week by The Honourable Louise Imbeault, OC, ONB, Lieutenant Governor of New Brunswick. This prestigious honour is awarded to those who have made exceptional contributions and shown remarkable merit within the legal community.
Sacha joined the Firm in 2001 following his admission to the New Brunswick Bar and was named a Partner in 2008. With a practice focusing on matters of professional discipline, he has worked with clients in the labour and employment space across numerous industries and sectors, including universities, community colleges, manufacturers, and municipalities. He has extensive experience in arbitration proceedings, human rights investigations, employment policy development, collective bargaining, and labour disputes.
He has served as a Director with the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers and is regularly recognized by Best Lawyers and Benchmark Canada for his exceptional work in labour and employment law. Sacha is a graduate of the Université de Moncton, receiving his undergraduate degree in 1997 and his law degree in 2000.
