Saint John partner James LeMesurier, QC, is co-chair of the upcoming conference, Labour and Employee Relations Forum, beginning Thursday, September 24 in Halifax.
In addition to this role, James will also present a session on the impacts of some of the latest constructive dismissal decisions. Within this presentation, he will review the two ways that constructive dismissal can start, if this kind of dismissal is an all-or-nothing proposition and if an employee has a right to work.
