We are pleased to announce that Colin Piercey, Partner in the Halifax office, is now a Fellow of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers. In a virtual ceremony held on May 30, 2020, outgoing President, Ken Crofoot, incoming President, Karen Martin, and Treasurer and Halifax Stewart McKelvey Partner Geoff Machum, QC presided over the induction of ten new Fellows from across Canada. Colin was the only inductee from Atlantic Canada. Colin joins fellow Stewart McKelvey inductees Art Barry, QC, William (Mick) Ryan, QC, Kenneth McCullogh, QC and Geoff Machum, QC.
In a release, The Canadian College of Construction Lawyers “strives to facilitate and encourage the association of outstanding lawyers who are distinguished for their skill, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice or teaching of construction law, and who are dedicated to excellence in the specialized practice of construction law.”
Congratulations on this achievement, Colin!
