Brian Johnston, QC & Mark Tector speak at Human Resources Association of Nova Scotia annual law seminar

Halifax partners Brian Johnston, QC and Mark Tector will present sessions at the annual Human Resources Association of Nova Scotia law seminar, Tuesday, November 29.

Brian will discuss marijuana in the workplace, outlining what employers should be aware of if, and when, this drug is legalized in Canada. Mark will provide an overview of employment agreements, looking at what should be included and what is important to specify or clarify when creating such documents.
